Artisan Boutique Initial Vendor Application & Agreement

 

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Artisan Boutique.

 

Vendor prices vary by space needed. After submitting this form & paying the $25 application fee, your application will be reviewed. Once approved you will receive a final application from me that you will need to choose your payment and sign the document. After receiving this document, you will be invoiced. 

 

If a category is full at the time of your application, you will be notified and have the choice of a refund of your application fee or go on a waitlist - the waitlist could be up to 3 months.

We are accepting only handmade items at this time. All food items must have the proper licensing and list Artisan Boutique as an additional insured. 
 

Boutique Vendor Rates:
Prime space - specific tables/clothes rack and eye level shelf space $75 per month $200 quarterly

Low Level space - lower shelves $35 per month

Regular space 80% of the store - $50 per month $125 quarterly
